Getting Started & Platform Access
WHAT SHOULD I DO IMMEDIATELY AFTER RECEIVING MY ACCESS CREDENTIALS?
Download all bundle materials to your computer immediately upon receiving access credentials. Platform access is time-limited and may be revoked at any time without notice. Save all templates, guides, and resources to your local system for permanent reference and use throughout your implementation process.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE PLATFORM ACCESS, AND WHAT HAPPENS AFTER IT EXPIRES?
Platform access is provided on a time-limited basis for the purpose of downloading materials. CoreStrategy HR Solutions does not guarantee ongoing platform access and may revoke access at any time. Once you have downloaded all materials to your computer, you retain permanent access to those downloaded files for use within your organization according to the license terms.
Material Access & Storage
WHAT IF I NEED TO ACCESS THE MATERIALS AGAIN AFTER DOWNLOADING THEM?
Downloaded materials are yours to keep and reference permanently within your organization. Save all files to a secure location on your computer or network drive. CoreStrategy HR Solutions recommends creating backup copies of downloaded materials to ensure continued access. Platform access cannot be guaranteed beyond the initial download period.
WHAT IF I DON'T RECEIVE MY ACCESS CREDENTIALS WITHIN THE STATED TIMEFRAME?
Access credentials are sent via email within 48 business hours of purchase (Monday through Friday). If you do not receive credentials within this timeframe, first check your spam or junk mail folder. If credentials are still not found, contact [email protected] with your purchase confirmation details. CoreStrategy HR Solutions will investigate and resend credentials as needed. Your 30-day email implementation support period begins upon credential delivery, not purchase date.
Licensing & Usage Rights
WHAT DOES "SINGLE ORGANIZATION LICENSE" MEAN?
Single organization license means the bundle purchase grants usage rights to one specific organization only. You may use templates internally within your purchasing organization and share with employees and contractors working exclusively for your organization. You may customize templates for your organization's specific needs. However, you may not share, distribute, or provide access to these templates to any other organization, entity, or individual outside your purchasing organization.
CAN I SHARE THE TEMPLATES WITH MY PARENT COMPANY, SUBSIDIARIES, OR AFFILIATED ORGANIZATIONS?
No. Each separate legal entity requires its own bundle purchase for authorized use, even within a parent/subsidiary structure. Affiliated entities, even if closely related to your organization, require separate purchases. This restriction protects CoreStrategy HR Solutions' intellectual property while ensuring each organization receives appropriate implementation support.
Consultant & Third-Party Access
CAN CONSULTANTS OR ADVISORS WHO WORK WITH MY ORGANIZATION USE THESE MATERIALS?
No. Distributing templates to consultants or advisors who work with multiple organizations is expressly prohibited. The license is for internal use by your organization only. Consultants cannot use these materials to provide services to other organizations. If consultants need access to these frameworks for working with multiple clients, they must purchase their own license or contact CoreStrategy HR Solutions about consulting partnership opportunities.
Legal Considerations & Compliance
DO THESE TEMPLATES CONSTITUTE LEGAL ADVICE, OR DO I NEED AN ATTORNEY TO REVIEW THEM?
The templates and guidance provided do not constitute legal advice. While templates incorporate general legal compliance considerations and industry best practices, employment law varies significantly by jurisdiction, sector, and organizational characteristics. Purchaser is strongly encouraged to have all customized templates, policies, and procedures reviewed by qualified employment law counsel familiar with their specific jurisdiction and industry before implementation. CoreStrategy HR Solutions is not responsible for legal compliance of customized materials or legal consequences resulting from implementation decisions.
Refunds & Satisfaction
WHAT IF THE TEMPLATES DON'T WORK FOR MY ORGANIZATION OR I'M NOT SATISFIED?
Refunds are only available before access credentials are delivered via email. Once credentials have been sent, the purchase is final and no refunds will be issued, regardless of whether you access the platform, download materials, or use the templates. CoreStrategy HR Solutions makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results from implementing these templates, as actual results depend on implementation quality, organizational context, leadership effectiveness, and numerous other factors. Review bundle descriptions and the purchase disclaimer carefully before completing your purchase.
Consulting Services vs. Bundle Purchase
WHEN SHOULD I CONSIDER CONSULTING SERVICES INSTEAD OF PURCHASING A BUNDLE?
Organizations facing complex HR challenges, significant organizational change, high legal risk situations, or requiring customized strategic solutions should consider comprehensive consulting services rather than relying solely on template-based approaches. Consulting services provide custom organizational assessments, hands-on implementation support, change management guidance, and ongoing strategic consultation beyond the scope of email support.
